My very first post, Whoo Hoo!!!!

Hello my fellow bloggers! Joanne, Randa, Lisa, etc... I have decided to join your world of blogging. I am pre warning everyone who reads this that i am a very bad speller, feel free to correct me if I misspell but I will mostly likely proceed to make the same offense over and over again. Although I am excited to join your world I fear that I will have nothing substantially to say and go weeks with out up dating it. So lets start with some things that have been happening recently.

Kendon's new job is so strange. On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, yikes! Here is a prime example of the weirdness; On Thursday of last week we were both awake still at 2 A.M., don't ask me why ( I can't even claim pregnancy insomnia, you know what I mean JOANNE!!! ), anyways at about 2:45 we decided to go to bed, about time, and Kendon got a call for a load to be hauled at 4:30 A.M. Can you believe it who on heaven or earth works at 4:30 a.m., what is the world coming to!!!!! So anyways, he gets load after load after load all day and then finally gets home at 10:30p.m. So after he eats and gets ready for bed were in bed by 11:30 a.m. and he gets a phone call for pipe to be moved at 3:30a.m., yikes!!!!!!! Needless to say he has been napping all hours of the day and the following night went to bed at 10:30p.m. and got to sleep until 8 a.m. Oh the glory, the lucxry of a full night sleep! Usually it's the crying babies and children that people complain about my is a catchy nineteen 80's ring tone!!!!!!

I just love Summer. Lazy days and lazy mornings, oh wait not this morning. The doorbell rang at 8 A.M. The audacity of someone ringing my door so early ( alright so the rest of you who don't sleep in passed 6a.m. Lisa, my apologies ), anyways it was the City of Brooks coming to tell me to move my van because the are digging up my street to replace the sewer lines. Well I answered the door with bad morning breath, messy wake up hair and Kendon's bath robe, that'll show them!!!!! So up I get to watch the show but in typical city worker fashion they had to stand around on my lawn to chat and have their morning coffee!!! Then oh I don't know time to finally start working at 9:15a.m. Then the stroll over to my neighbors house to tell her to move her vehicle. How rude! I get the brutal awakening and she gets the 1 hour normal, lets get up now I suppose, regular morning arousle. How rude indeed!!!! Well if you were at my house at this very morning you would see a 9 ft deep, 6 ft wide hole coming from the street half way up my lawn. Isn't that marvelous and aren't you all jealous!!!

Either way I'm still happy to be alive and loving the gorgeous, beautiful, rain-free day!!!!!
